What should I do if the blender stops working?
Check if the blender is plugged in properly and that the jar is securely placed on the base. If it overheats, let it cool for a few minutes before restarting. There is a overload fuse under the motor base. Follow instructions in the manual to reset. If the issue persists, contact customer support.
Can I use the blender for grinding spices or coffee beans?
Yes, but for best results, use the small jar.
